Throughout the last 14 years I have helped many people, in various walks of life achieve their goals.
The number one thing I have learned throughout my career, performing more than 10,000 personal training sessions, is that everyone is an individual.
With that in mind, generic programmes almost invariably fail. What I offer instead is the personal touch. Tailored fitness and lifestyle regimes to get my clients fit, healthy and in great shape to live their lives to the absolute fullest.
Most clients who approach me at the start are absolute beginners or haven’t exercised for a long time.
